Payment

We do not accept direct payment by cash, IBAN numbers or any other bank transfers.

Shipping

We ship the parcels in maximum 2 business days after we get your payment, the delivery takes 1-3 weeks depending on the destination country.


You can track you orders from our tracking system After we ship we will send you the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please note, we provide the discreet shipping with no any labels on the parcel what is inside.

We do not put any amount on the customs declaration and our buyers usually do not pay customs duties but anyway please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

If your address is in non-Latin alphabet (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc) please put your name and address both in your native language and in Latin letters when you place an order.
