Return and Refund
Refund Eligibility Criteria
- Lost Parcel: Full refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
- Late Delivery: Full refund if the parcel does not reach its destination country within 90 days from the shipping date.
- Invalid Address Returns: Refund of the product price, excluding shipping costs, if the parcel is returned due to an invalid address.
- Order Cancellation: Full refund if the order is cancelled before it has been shipped.
- Customs Return: Full refund if the parcel is returned by customs.
- Product Issues: Refund subject to terms and conditions if the received products are expired, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Policy Time Frame
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Method of Product Return
Products must be returned via mail.
Return Label Issuance and Customer Remorse
Customers are responsible for obtaining their return label. In cases of customer remorse, return policies apply as stated.
Accepted Conditions for Returns
Products must be in new condition to qualify for a return.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed immediately upon system confirmation of the return and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. This process may take 1 to 3 working days.
